Fairfield apartment may be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Only persons listed on the booking form shall use the premises, unless otherwise agreed in writing

It is the Tenants’ responsibility to maintain and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as found on arrival. We reserve the right to withhold part of the damage deposit towards extra cleaning costs where a property has not been left in a reasonable condition.

A damage deposit of £100 is held for each letting and is refundable in full within 14 days of departure.

Tenants’ liability is not limited to the £100.00 damage deposit against damages/breakages.

Tenants and visitors are responsible for their own personal property. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal or other properties brought into the premises.

Car parking is provided, use of this is entirely at Tenants’ own risk.

All details on the web site are given in good faith and believed to be correct, but accuracy is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for any disappointment caused where a customer has differing expectation than those detailed in the description.

In the event of a property being no longer available, we will endeavor to offer you a suitable alternative or full refund. The tenant shall have no further claim against the owner.

We cannot accept responsibility for work taking place outside the boundary of the property nor for any noise or nuisance arising from works over which we have no control.

We cannot accept liability for events that occur outside our control, such as normal breakdown of appliances, plumbing, wiring and damage caused from exceptional weather conditions. We will endeavor to take immediate action to try to effect a speedy solution.

In the event of there being cause for complaint, the matter should be taken up with us immediately. Compensation cannot be granted for complaints made after the holiday has ended when the guest has denied us the opportunity to investigate and endeavor to put things right during tenancy.

We reserve the right to access the properties at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy

These booking conditions will apply to all confirmed bookings.

Please note that there is also a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policy.

A deposit of 30% of the tariff is required to secure bookings. with the balance to be paid FOUR WEEKS prior to arrival . Cheques made payable to Mr R Gale . Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 DAYS awaiting Deposit
We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance,as deposits are non-refundable

In the event of cancellation within 90 days of the comencement of the holiday,the deposit is non returnable and the full balance will be due if we cannot re let the apartment.
All linen and towels (not beach towels) / Electric / Gas provided.
